HD Compressor Design

We collaborated with a leader in compressor technology, to test and design compressors for extreme temperatures. These compressors are reliable in temperatures from -40 to +40 degrees and perform well under constant pressure loads, ideal for bottom-up aeration.

HD Electric Housing Units

Our housing units are manufactured from high-density polyethylene ensuring they are rust, rot, and corrosion-free, while being water-resistant and lightweight. This design, has been used for over 20 years,  it promotes constant airflow to prevent compressor burnout in hot weather and ensures smooth operation in cold winters. Unlike metal or wooden designs, polyethylene avoids issues like denting, rot and rust.

Let’s talk about reliability

Our Electric Aeration Systems were introduced into the market in the early 1990s. The product was originally named "Koenders EL2" and used the same housing design as our current HD line of products. There were over 25,000 EL2s sold and installed between the 1990's and 2014, and customers today still have these units aerating their ponds with little to no maintenance.

The warranty rate on these units were less than 1%.
